Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Trinity Solutions' website or services. By accessing our site or signing up for our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. About Trinity Solutions
Trinity Solutions ("Trinity Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") is a Georgia-based business providing AI-powered front office automation services — including AI voice receptionist, missed-call text-back, appointment booking automation, CRM integration, and related services — to local service businesses.
Our services are built on the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. Use of our services is also subject to GHL's applicable terms of service.
2. Eligibility
Our services are intended for business owners and authorized business representatives. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business
- You will use our services only for lawful business purposes
- The information you provide to us is accurate and complete
3. Services
Trinity Solutions provides AI automation services as described on our website and in your service agreement. Specific features and capabilities vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of our services at any time, with reasonable notice to active clients.
AI Limitations: Our AI receptionist and automation tools are designed to handle common service business scenarios. The AI may not handle every situation perfectly. We strongly recommend reviewing AI interactions periodically and maintaining human oversight for complex or sensitive customer situations.
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our automated calling and texting services complies with applicable federal and state telemarketing laws, including the TCPA. You must obtain all legally required consents from your customers before sending automated messages.
4. Account & Subscription
Month-to-month billing: Our services are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are provided for unused time.
Setup fees: Certain plans include a one-time setup fee as disclosed at time of purchase. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding has commenced.
Billing: You authorize us to charge your payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis. If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend services until payment is resolved.
Price changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to active subscribers. Continued use of services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Send spam, unsolicited communications, or messages to individuals who have not consented
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or infrastructure
- Resell or sublicense our services without written authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
6. Your Data & Customer Data
Your business data: You retain ownership of all data you provide to us and all data we process on your behalf (including customer contacts, call recordings, and appointment records). You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide the services.
Responsibility for customer data: You are responsible for having appropriate privacy notices and consents in place with your customers for the data you collect and share with us. Our use of customer data on your behalf is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Data security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect data processed through our platform. In the event of a data breach that affects your data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trinity Solutions and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of our services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trinity Solutions and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any content or data you submit through our services.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
